Domestic & international shipping
We ship to Australia and New Zealand with all orders leaving the warehouse in Hobart within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders In Australia
Our delivery fees are a flat $9.95 for orders up to $100 within Australia. For orders $100 or over (excluding shipping) within Australia shipping is free. Please note that gift vouchers do not count towards the $100 limit.
To ensure your order arrives safely and securely we require Australia Post to get a signature on delivery. If you don't want this option and are happy for Australia Post to leave your order in a secure location at your address then select the 'Authority to Leave' checkbox on the checkout and leave instructions in the 'Delivery Instructions' box.
We'll request that Australia Post leaves the order for you. Note that Australia Post use their discretion with deliveries and if there's nowhere secure to leave the order, they may take the order to the Post Office, so please leave careful instructions. If you change your mind after the order is shipped, you can update your shipping preferences with the 'MyPost' portal provided by Australia Post.
Please note that if you select 'Authority to Leave' then you do so at your own risk we may not be able to help you if your order is misplaced or stolen. We don't advise 'Authority to Leave' as an option so please select this only if you have a safe and secure location for your order to be left.
Delivery to Hospitals
We are pleased to offer delivery Royal Hobart Hospital, Calvary Hospital and Hobart Private Hospital - These are our local hospitals and we delivery daily. For a delivery fee of $11.95 we will hand deliver your Pepper Tree Kids goodies beautifully gift wrapped with a handwritten note.
Order Tracking
Once beautifully packaged, your order will be dispatched from our Tasmanian Warehouse. We ship our parcels with Australia Post except for Hospital Services and local Hobart Deliveries.
Tracking emails will be sent directly to you by Australia Post or the courier service responsible for your parcel.
On the very rare occasion that delayed, lost or missing parcels please message chris@peppertreekids.com.
International Shipping
We love sending gifts across the seas! Prices for international shipping depends on the weight of your parcel and where it is going. We ask you choose the best option that you think fits your gift and we will follow up to confirm prices once it's packaged and weighed. We can of course give you a quote beforehand if you know what you'd like to order.

Returns & Exchanges
You are welcome to return or exchange items within 30 days of dispatch. Contact us via email at chris@peppertreekids.com. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receiving the items. Your purchased product must return to us in a new condition - unwashed or used, tags on and in its original packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, washed, or removed from their original packaging. You also must include a copy of your invoice with the return. We do not cover postage costs for cancellations or returns. Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise an exchange, credit note or refund your payment in full, minus the initial shipping costs. You will be notified of this via email.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
